The first edition of the cell-relay FAQ was posted on the Internet to the cell-relay list on October 1, 1992 by Carl Symborski. Carl maintained the FAQ from 1992 through 1998. Carl created the first HTML version on the cell-relay site in 1995. The FAQ is a collective work, with a large list of ATM FAQ contributers
