What do you mean with specification of NETWORKS? Am I right that you are not intrested in the CCITT Standards (I.113 - I.610)?! - Because they standardize ATM itself - or the ATM Forum, which specified the AAL (ATM Adaption Layer) 5 - if you want some good ATM links, look at my hotlist which you can find in my homepage!
