Support for PBXs over ATM

Does anyone have any reference to papers etc. discussing the issues
related to voice and PBX traffic over ATM?

Aside from the problems of providing effective transport for cells
containing speech, it appears that there would be a host of architectural
issues such as 

    one VC per voice connection or a pipe for 23, etc.
    signalling to setup a call
