Interesting, I can't imagine why anyone would want to do ATM only within
the walls :-)

We've been running wide area production ATM for 2 1/2 years. WAN is
Calif to Texas about 2500 miles and we ran from Calif to the UK for
several months. The UK trial was working but the carrier decided not to
go commercial because they didn't have enough customers. I expect to
have a link back with a different carrier in another 60-90 days.

We also run a MAN link (40 miles, OC3c) between two Calif sites. That's
been up about 1 1/2 years.

What would you like to know ? It works very well.
