Q.SAAL

I am implementing the Signalling stack for UNI 3.1. I am struck up with lack 
of information on the exact specification of Q.SAAL. I have been looking at 
ATM Forum also. It doesn't document any specification, so i want to know is 
it an user specific implementation or is it an accepted standard.
	Can any body guide me where i can find info. regarding Q.SAAL.
