ATM back to back connection between WinNT and Solaris

Hi,

  Does anybody knows how to connect "back to back" a WinNT workstation
  to a Solaris Workstation with ATM and how to make it work?

  Which signaling has to be used?
  
  In such an environment, which native ATM APIs are available?
  Are there QOS functionalities available? (bandwidth reservation...).
