I haven't seen any other responses yet so I'll take the first step...

The answer depends upon what you mean by "ABR".

Do you want something that meets the ATM Forum rate based specs?  If so, I
don't know what (if anything) is available now.

Do you want something that does flow control so you can run some experiments
without cell loss?  If so, that's easy.  Digital has been shipping credit
based flow control for a long time.  It's in the GIGAswitch/ATM and ATMworks
750 and 350.

  We use the VPI slot in the cell header to send back the credits so it
  doesn't work through other switches.  We also do brute force buffer
  allocation so it won't work (well?) on WAN/long links.
