Radius of the Default Node

 Hello!
 In the PNNI spec. the default node representation aggregates the peer group.
 When the peer group is aggregated as the default node, where should the nodal parameters reside, especially its radius or diameter?
 The nodal state parameter message has no field on the radius.    
 It has only input port, output port, and RAIG field.
 This seems to be the full-mesh representation.
