ATM E1 resp. T1 NIC ??

Has anybody out there heard of an ATM-NIC capable of 2 Mb/s E1
G.703-links.
I did find some G.703 WAN-multiplexers, such as Fore Cellpath-series,
interfaces for the Lightstream, Cisco4000, etc.

However, is there any NIC wich allows to connect a workstation/PC
directly to an 2 Mb/s E1 ATM-WAN. I heard of such cards for 34 Mb/s
G.703 (E3), but didn't find a manufacturer so far.

Even if this would not solve my problem, 1.5 Mb/s (T1) ATM NICs would
be of interest for me.
