Provide project management and technical support services to worldwide customers of advanced communication systems. You will work closely with customers and with in-house engineering, QA, and the sales organizations. We are looking for strong candidates with experience in providing technical support tyo sophisticated telecom customers; ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally; excellent oral and written communication and planning skills; foreign language fluency is a plus. Technical knowledge and skills in the following areas, Windows NT; relational database management; system admin; telephony circuit operation and trouble-shooting, especially T1 and T3. Wendy C.
