Public ATM services: ATT vs MCI

Our company is considering purchasing public ATM services
to connect our main US locations in Cambridge,MA, Houston,TX, and
Bothel,WA.   We're looking at either ATT or MCI to provide the access and
cloud services into which we'll plug our Stratacom/IGX or Nortell/Magellan
"bandwidth managers".  On the LAN side of these boxes we'll have Nortell
PBX's, Cisco routers, and PictureTel video units.

Any comments concering :
  1) public vs private ATM
  2) Stratacom vs Nortel
  3) ATT vs MCI
are greatly appreciated!!!  Please reply either to the group, or via
