ATM models for maisie simulator

Dear All,

   Does anyone have a copy of the ATM models that are available for
the Maisie simulator developed by UCLA? Unfortunately, the official
archive on their web page is corrupt. If anyone has a copy, could
you please email me a uuencoded copy?
