Sun SBus-155M ATM Card SVC setup Qs?

Hi friends,

We're currently working on the ATM signalling(UNI3.1/4.0) software of
our ATM switch. During our test, we use Sun SBus-155M ATM Card to verify
the signalling capability of our switch.  We use CLIP mode of the Sun
ATM card.

We find that: 
Whenever the upper layer(telnet/ ftp/ ping) has a connection request to
ATM layer, the Sun ATM card will setup a wire-speed pipe(i.e. 135M of
155M physical link), and only one pipe for all upper layer app.

So my question is:
As to the Sun Sbus-155M ATM card, is there any other means to  control
the clear and setup of multipile connection by the ATM command line
provided by Sun?( Of couse not via the card's ATM API).
