Winsock sample program

Hello there everyone!

I managed to compile the winsock 2.0 sample program (ws2chat)
successfully. It works on CLIP. I am wondering -- how come I cannot make
it to work using native ATM?!? When you run it initially, it asks for
the ATM address and I give it its NSAP address. But when I try
connecting to another host, it can't connect. Maybe you can help me on
this one.
