SNMP ATM MIB + 3com Cellplex

Hi, I have a 3com cellplex switch with a fairly ancient version of switch
software, it claims to support PVC setup using SNMP, and I persume this is
through the ATM Mib,


Does anyone have a quick walk-through of how to setup a PVC on a switch using
the MIB? .. i.e. what I have to set-up first ... I have looked at RFC1695 but
I think I must be missing something..
