There seems some misunderstanding the definition of on class X service.
IMHO, class X service means that you get only the cell-relay (bearer) capability
>from yuor carrier, and you can send cell directly through your mutually agreeed
connections (mostly PVC, whether they are CBR, VBR ..). Then by refering class
X, we mean get/provide ATM service directly from ATM layer (without the upper
AAL layer) via PVC (SVC in fact needs SAAL).
