Treatment of applications over vbr-nrt versus vbr-rt Queues

Considering that vbr-nrt, vbr-rt queues are created with different
traffic types in mind, data and voice/video, respectively, what would I
give up or gain if I had to run H.323 VideoConferencing Room System
384Kbps traffic over a vbr-nrt VCC that is utilized for other IP
traffic, such as SNA encapsulated in IP, bridged LAT, native IP, etc?
