ATM Baselining

Greetings,

I am about to start a study on baselining ATM.  I am looking for any
resources (electronic or paper) about this subject.  So far my searching
has yielding nothing but explanations of products and what they
provide.  Essentially I am after information detailing how ATM sniffers
and other devices like RMONS function.

Any resources or materials someone could point me to would be
appreciated,
