Mr. Kim,
The VIRTUAL means that there is no PHYSICAL circuit connecting the two
end points.
Being such, the VIRTUAL circuit has the ablility to change paths and
maintain the connection. If it were a PHYSCIAL circuit, any disruption
would cause disconnect.
