Mis-connected link in IMA.

Hi all,
	I am working on an IMA implementation project. I have a small 
doubt regarding the  meaning of "Mis-connected link" mentioned in the specs.

* What EXACTLY is "Mis-connected"??

* How do you find if a link is "Mis-connected"?

* How does this condition affect the LSM's and GSM.
