on CDV measurement

hello, all

I have the plan to implement tiny simulator of ATM switch.
on the studying (referencing ITU-T I.356, I.371, ATM-Forum Traffic
management 4.0),
I got the question how to measure CDV when ATM cell was corrupted.

Some algorithms check or measure CDV, These usually differentiate
conformance / nonconformance cells based on the transfer delay. But, I
wonder how to handle the lossed, misinserted, errored cell, and cell
blocks used to get SECBR during measuring CDV. Is Only Ignorance of
those cells proper soultion?
