Patrick, RAD (Israel) have the ARC-101. It has the interfaces you need. You can view it at http://www.rad.co.il/products/family/arc101/arc101.htm and you can find local contact information there for your country/area. I suspect that they may be cheaper than the ADC Kentrox equipment. I have used the ARC-101 (E3 to E1) successfully. Hope this helps. Kevin.
