[Q] Video Traffic Prediction survey..

Hello all,

I am right now doing some survey kind of stuff..
In particular I have some interest in traffic prediction and
bandwidth allocation studies.

In my list I have so far these ..

[1] A. Adas, "Supporting Real Time VBR video Using Dynamic Reservation

[2] S. Chong, S. Q. Li and J Ghosh, "Predictive Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation

I am curious if there are any other works / research going on in dynamic
bandwidth schemes based on traffic prediction, currently? 
If so, Any pointers would be appreciated highly,
