Joan,

You may want to have a look VINCE which was developed by NRL.

You can find a FAQ with some information about VINCE at

	http://netlab.ucs.indiana.edu/hypermail/cell-relay/9404/0251.html

I believe the actual software, or at least a link to it, can be found
somewhere else on the same site.

You can try using the Altavista search engine 

	http://altavista.digital.com

and using advanced query specify

	host:netlab.ucs.indiana.edu

as part of your query.

There are other ATM software simulators listed on this page I am
thinking of as well. Unfortunately, I do not have them bookmarked.
