ILMI - Reg. VPC/VCC Change trap.

ATM Forum's ILMI 4.0 Specification section 8.3.5, states that
"When local modifications are made to the Virtual Path Group or the 
Virtual Channel Group, e.g. through management, an appropriate Link 
Management Trap is issued to notify peer IME."

The specification does not states what the the ILMI should do after 
receiving VPC/VCC Change trap from peer ILMI? Should it just ignore it 
for the time being?

Also for VPC/VCC Change traps, Trap type is "Enterprise Specific", the 
specific # for VPC/VCC is not defined? Can ILMI implementation pick up 
any value, or it is standardised to something?

Any help is appreciated.
