I will like to have your views on the following scenario. Thanks for the
responses.

Supposing one can lease an ATM  PVP from an ATM Public network provider
at very attractive price which is based on PCR and SCR only, and wants
to use it to aggregate different types of traffic (voice, video and
data) through a private edge switch by configuringVC's of different PCR
and SCR to take advantage of time of the day traffic load requirements,
given that a PVP can only be obtained for one connection descriptor, QOS
and conformance definition, does one have any options to overcome this
constraint and still make use of PVP in an effective manner?.
