VBR Bandwidth Estimation

Someone ask me to post this for him .

Hi

Given the traffic contract for a VBR connection say PCR= 10 Mb/s and SCR
=
7Mb/s MBS=80 cells. Then can one estimate the bandwidth required by the
connection ?


I would really be grateful to the person who could assist me in the
above
mentioned.
