Query on PNNI

     I am soliciting your help in understanding one table in PNNI v1.0 MIB. In 
the table pnniNodePglTable, there is no key to index the table and not able to 
figure out how is it going to be accessed.
     
     If pnniNodeIndex is assumed to be the key,
     
     1. What should be value of this if a pnni entity has to address itself and 
others in the peer grp.?
     2. Should it (pnniNodeIndex) be made visible for the manager in anyway or 
other or just a local index being maintained by the entity to address itself and 
others in its own context? 
     3. What should be the output, to be displayed to the manager, if this table 
is browsed? 
     4. How the contents of the table should be displayed in case the node has 
the capability of becoming the PGL (... hierarchical levels...)?
     
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
