Call Blocking Probability

Hi,

I am working on a project related with VP assignments in ATM networks.one
of my constraint is the Call Blocking Probability of Traffic Streams. I am
seaching for a simple and efficient algorithm for calcuating CBP. I have
already read many papers, but most of the CBP calculatinos did not fit into
my design. Does any one help me in order to find an algorithm for
calculating CBP for traffic streams.

I have the following Assumptions.

One traffic may use more then one VP.
VP paths are unidirectional.
Network topology is know and flows on traffic streams are given.

I assign VPs and assign bandwidths to them. After all I will calculate CBP
and try another VP layout scheme if it is not the optimum.

I will be glad if anyone helps me.

Regard,
