Hi,

For an ABR connection, the ATM Traffic Descriptor Information Element
should include two additional subfields - (i.e.)

   i) Forward ABR Minimum Cell Rate
ii) Backward ABR Minimum Cell Rate

[See Section 10.1.2.3 - ATM Forum UNI 4.0 Signaling Specification]

In addition to this, the ABR Setup Parameters Information Element also
contains Forward and Backward Initial Cell Rate subfields.

[Section 10.1.2.2 - ATM Forum UNI 4.0 Signaling Specification]

Hope this helps,
regards,
vivek.
