Looking for ATM or FR multiservice concentrator

I am looking for a multiservice concentrator permetting to deliver IN
  BRANCH OFFICES the following accesses :
  - voice for PABX or phones (E1, T1, E/M or FXS/FXO ...)
  - data ( serial or Ethernet (bridging or IP routing))
 Furthermore, this equipment must have the following functionalities :
  - voice compression ( for example CELP, but proprietary algorithm may
 be convenient)
  - delivering a n x 64 FR or ATM agregate data flow on E1, T1  and/or
 ISDN links
  - management using standards (SNMP or CMIP) with or without gateways,
 
 I already have found a Cisco suitable product (MC3810) , but I would
 like to know if someone else designed such a product.
