STM-1 optical to coax (BNC) convertors

Does anyone know of an STM-1 optical to BNC coax convertor?  I've seen a
product from RAD, but its a bit expensive, the only other product I've heard
of is one from Siemens, but their web site is impossible to navigate to find
information on it.  Anyone have any pointers to information about these
products, or other possibilities?
