Subject:	NSAP Addressing

ATM Managers,
Using an NSAP scheme similar to the one below, can someone please explain
how this address is usually managed for end users. For example, if a
customer installs an edge device that is capable of handling many end users,
how would one issue NSAPs. Is it similar to IP addressing? If someone has a
white paper or document that provides guidance in this area I would be
interested in talking a look at it.
Thanks in advance,
George
