archive has been moved from the indiana.edu servers to:

Please note the following errata:
The news2mail gateway is functional, but am having trouble with
the email posting to usenet.  It might be best to post directly to
comp.dcom.cell-relay in the interim. (if you want to see your posts 
there)

The digests have been somewhat disrupted.  Hopefully I will have
this under control in the near future.
