Hi Miguel,

Cells in Frames is a specification that enables ATM cells to be carried
in Ethernet packets. This makes it possible to implement the ATM
protocol while using existing Ethernet equipment, especially network
interface cards (NICs). CIF provides the advantages of ATM, such as
Quality of Service (QoS), without the usual hardware expense.
