ATM signalling acoss UNI.

For the UNI signalling the Q9321 messges are sent.
1.How and where are the messages carried.
   Do they Get transmitted in the basic ATm frame?Else Where.

2.Is the Cell Header format across UNi(I.361) carried after Connect
Acknowledge.
   or before.

3.Are the Q9321 messages send even for PVC calls.
