IPOA PVC on Fore switch

Hi All,
 
We are trying to configure IPOA on Fore LE155.It works fine with SVCs.
 
We are not able to configure the clients to send cells on a particular PVC that we create on the switch.We are using LE 200 adapters on Windows 98. Even after we create a Classical IP PVC on the clients, automatic signalling takes over and uses some other vpi/vci value for data transfer. Where are we going wrong?
Please help.
