Patrick,

The ATM Forum is working on an errata document for UNI Signaling 4.0.  If your company is a member you can download it
(http://www-mo.atmforum.com/ftp/atm/documents/ltd/ltd-cs-uni-er40-01.04.pdf).  The ATM Forum does not make drafts
available to non-members.  The text currently in the living list, does address the issue you raise below.  It proposes
to delete section 4.5.5/Q.2931 from UNI Signaling 4.0.

How this will be published, I don't know.  One way would be to issue a UNI signaling 4.1.  Another is to issue an errata
document, which the user of UNI signaling 4.0 must apply himself (by modifying his copy).
