ATM under Win2000, Win98

    I am currently involved in a project (client application) that uses ATM
as its transport service under Windows. We want to use our own AAL to
connect to our provider via a PVC.

    I would like to get as many inputs and help as possible  regarding this
subject, from people that have some experience in this field.

   The main problem is that the Windows documentation (SDK DDK) does not
provide many answers in what is beyond the usual ATM uses. For example:

1) it is unclear what the AAL0 is used for.

2) it is unclear how make use of the AAL_USER.

3) I need to establish a PVC ( QOS - all defult, bidirectional connection )
via Winsock2 API. I have found a constant SIO_ASSOCIATE_PVC in WS2atm.h file
but not a single match in MSDN / DDK.
