Hi Ron, 

I capture several CALL SETUP using different ATM switch using PNNI
(Bay, Cisco, Fore ...). The complete timming for a call setup complete
(CALL SETUP + CALL PROCEEDING + CONNECT + CONNECT ACKNOLEDGE) is
beetwen 40 and 100 ms depending of the model. There was only a few
number of machines but as far i can see, there is not a significant
difference with a lot of PNNI points.
