Use this one if you want to know which cellrate (cells/sec) is needed to
carry a datastream specified in bits/sec. Note however that the payload is
max. 48; it may be less because of the the overhead of the used AAL... but
usually AAL5 is used and a 48 bytes payload is correct ;-)

> Cell Rate = (bps/8)/53

This one is of no use, unless you have an incoming ATM cell stream of which
you only  know the rate in bits/sec... Then the following question arises:
does the bitrate specify the cells (=53 bytes) or the payload (<=48 bytes).
Better stick to cells/sec to avoid confusion ;-)
