VP shaping

Hi !

I am studying VP shaping. So I have encountered some problems in this
concept.

1. Should VC shaping and VP shaping co-exist in a node ?
2. Is VP shaping as rigorous as VC shaping ?
3. Can a shaped VP have back to back cells ? i.e. Is the VP rate
   measured over a period of time or from cell to cell ?
