I looked on my bookshelf and the one with the most yellow sticky notes
was "Asynchronous Transfer Mode, solution for broadband ISDN" by Martin
De Prycker, third edition, Prentice Hall, 1995.  I haven't looked for
more recent books, but this one was very useful.
