Yes, the PTSEs pertaining to the old PGL still remain at both
the levels unless
- They expire because their life time.
- The old node gets re-connected to the peer grp. keeping the
old topology database intact. In this case, it would be the
responsibility of the new PGL (current one) to flush out the
invalid PTSEs from the peer group.
