ATM AAL1 core - ATM PHY TC core

Hello ,
I'm searching for a vendor who offers AAL1 IP core to integrate it
in a System On Chip (SOC) design.
Also I'am interesting in a ATM PHY TC (Transmit Convergence) IP core.
Can you help me ?
