GFR Service Category

Hi,
I am having some doubts in GFR service category (ATM TM4.1):

* How is this different from UBR with specific MCR?
* How GFR frames can be delineated at ATM layer?
* Is that network stores the whole GFR frame (if not reassembling)
   with marked cells and executes policing to that whole frame?
   Will that not create any cell clumping in the network?
* How is the GFR frame discard is different from Early Packet Discard?

I may be missing something, please correct me.
