Help on Native ATM programming on HP

Hi,

 We are planing to do some native atm programming on HP UX 11. HP
provides the Native interface by the Data Link Provider Interface
(DLPI).

 Did any one used this interface before. HP did not released any
document document regarding this DLPI ATM provider interface.

 Only public document we have are ATM forums
1) Native ATM Services: Semantic Description, Version 1.0 (af-saa-
0048.000),

2) DLPI Addentum for Atm native services.

 I will greatly appriciate, if some one points me to some more resource
on this topic.

 The specific problem i face with this interface now is,
 I could establis a connection between a server and client with default
SAP address. ie is ONLY the DL_BIND_REQ with SAP the DL_CONNECT_REQ
without any DL_SUBS_BIND_REQ(Hierachial)

 If i do hierarchial binding(that is required to setup more SVC), the
connect request always fails with destination unreachable.

 Can any one help.
