the detailed contrast document for Q764 and Q767?

Hi, as ITU Q764 and Q767 are quit some difference in some ISUP message
and real design, and some little difference for message handling, can
someone tell me where can i find documents to describe the design
thought for this Q764 and Q767 standard, and to explain where Q767
lose so much message and be a "simple" standard, and which is better
for real customers? i need to know where can i find such documents and
tell me the detail.
can someone show me that, or a URL? Thanks for you. Any of your advice
is appreciate...
