Regarding ADD-PARTY Message (UNI- Signalling)

Hi

I have a small problem. Could somebody tell me... is it possible to
receive an ADD PARTY message at a SB reference point (an ATM endsystem).
If it is possible... since an ADD PARTY message does not contain
Information Elements like "ATM Traffic Descriptor", "BBC" and "QOS", how
does Signalling (or Subscriber) know about the various connection and
traffic parameters for the incoming P2MP call.
