You'll need two splitters to get both sides of the traffic. You'll
also have to configure something compatible to terminate the PVC(s) with
the correct encapsulation protocol and AAL (not too easy). ATM routers
are quite expensive that terminate fancy PVCs. Probably the most common
is RFC 1483, which is designed for Ethernet over ATM.
